What is the difference between homogenized milk and non-homogenized? Simply put, the cream rises to the top of the milk when it is not homogenized. This allows for so much versatility with the milk. Once it sits in the refrigerator for a day, the cream can be taken off the top to make butter, ice cream, whipped cream, or just ready to add to your favourite hot drink! Don’t want to skim the cream off? No problem! Just shake your jug and the cream mixes back into your milk for a full and satisfying drink.
