OUR VISION
To make organic whole milk available to people who live in Ontario at a fair
price. We aim to only pasteurize the milk and not homogenize it. The milk will not be skimmed, it will be full. It will remain in its most natural fluid state. The milk will be the freshest, coming from organic farms within a short radius of Ontario cities, to arrive at each location in clean and cooled stainless tanks ready to sell in bulk.

VENDING BEGINNINGS
Derek and Marie Brouwer, with our family and employees milk 70 Holstein cows and farm 1,800 acres in the Hamilton area. All the commodities produced on our farm, including milk are certified organic. We are passionate about sustainable farming practices, minimizing tillage, managing our soil without the use of synthetic fertilizers, sprays, and GMO’s and of course grazing our cattle.

Our milk is delicious. We have been drinking it in our home since the beginning and our children have drunk bottle after bottle and cup after cup since they were 9 months old. We never skim the cream off, and it became obvious that many of our off-farm neighbours didn’t want to drink skim milk either. However, our Ontario grocery stores only sell milk that is skimmed and homogenized.
In the recent years, we've had city folk visit us at the farm asking to buy whole milk straight from our cows. We began to think about the recent increase in demand for whole milk. People can make their own cultural dishes, they can whip their own cream, make their own butter and yogurt, and of course... simply drink a glass of full fat milk with their steak and potatoes. We began to think that we had to get Ontario more access to full-fat, organic, non-homogenized milk! Here we are!
