Whipped Cream

Ingredients Needed:- 4 L whole milk, sitting in the fridge for 24 hours- 2 tsp sugar
Directions:
Carefully take out the milk sitting in the fridge
Using a soup ladle or gravy ladle, slowly skim the cream off the top and pour into a mixing bowl
You can put the bowl back into the fridge and skim the cream off again in 10 hours. This gives the best results and gives time to separate more milk from the cream.
Add 2 tsp of sugar to the cream.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the cream peaks.
Enjoy on your favourite dessert!
